1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Protocol Tracker (the "App"), operated by Iron Labs Software Ltd, trading as Protocol Tracker ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. The App is not directed at, and must not be used by, minors.
• By using the App, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and that all information you provide is accurate.

3. Description of Service

Protocol Tracker is a personal logging and visualization tool. It allows you to record medication/compound doses, schedules, and lab results that you enter, and to view pharmacokinetic estimates calculated from that data. The App does not prescribe, recommend, dispense, source, or calculate dosages for you, and does not verify that any substance you log is legally obtained or lawfully prescribed to you.

4. Medical & Health Disclaimer (Full)

• The App is a tracking and estimation tool only. It is not FDA-cleared, does not diagnose or treat any condition, and does not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and us.
• Pharmacokinetic projections are mathematical models based on published population-level data and the information you manually enter. They are estimates, not measurements, and individual results vary based on factors the model cannot account for (genetics, health conditions, drug interactions, administration accuracy, and more).
• You should never make a medical decision — including dosage timing, dosage amount, or whether to continue a treatment — based solely on information shown in this App.
• We are not responsible for verifying the accuracy of any compound, dosage, or medical information you enter or view in the App.
• If you experience any adverse reaction, side effect, or medical emergency, seek immediate medical attention or call your local emergency number. Do not rely on this App in an emergency.

5. Legal Compliance & Your Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your possession, use, and administration of any substance you log in the App is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• We do not facilitate, encourage, or endorse the acquisition of any medication or compound, prescribed or otherwise. The App does not connect you with suppliers, pharmacies, or sources of any kind.
• Nothing in the App should be construed as encouragement to use any substance without a valid prescription or lawful basis where one is required.

6. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@protocoltracker.io of any unauthorized use of your account.

7. Subscriptions & Billing

• The App is offered on a subscription basis. New users receive a 7-day free trial; no payment method charge occurs until the trial ends, if a paid plan is selected.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose, or to facilitate the sale, distribution, or trafficking of any controlled substance;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell access to the App;
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
• Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes another's rights.

9. Your Content & Data

• You retain ownership of the data you enter into the App (dose logs, notes, lab results, etc.).
• You can export your data at any time via the App's export feature.
• How we collect, use, and protect your data — including health-related data — is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, pharmacokinetic model, and branding, is owned by Iron Labs Software Ltd and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY PROJECTED DATA WILL BE ACCURATE.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IRON LABS SOFTWARE LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF HEALTH, DATA, OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR RELIANCE ON ANY INFORMATION IT PROVIDES — INCLUDING ANY HEALTH OUTCOME RESULTING FROM A DECISION MADE USING THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Iron Labs Software Ltd from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the App or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, without regard to conflict of law principles.
